Whenever she saw a need, she filled it.
From the very beginning of her career, Jess Swaim has stepped up to do what needs to get done. Long before JLS Hospitality had a name, she was the person hosts called when everything had to be perfect — and the person who made sure it was.
She founded JLS Hospitality on that same attitude: that great events aren't coordinated, they're cared for. Eighteen years later, that instinct is still the whole method — anticipate everything, carry the logistics, and hand the evening back to the host.
Today Jess leads a team of hospitality people — not coordinators — serving luxury weddings, corporate gatherings, and social celebrations across Dallas, Austin, Houston, and destinations beyond.
